Terms of Use

The terms on which Dongguan Zhengxin Chemical Technology Co., Ltd. supplies products and operates this website.

1. Scope

These terms apply to quotations, order confirmations and shipments made by Dongguan Zhengxin Chemical Technology Co., Ltd. (“we”, “us”). Where a signed contract or an order confirmation states different terms, that document prevails over this page.

2. Quotations and orders

Quotations are issued against the specification, quantity and delivery terms you provide, and remain valid for the period stated on them. An order becomes binding when we issue a written order confirmation and, where required, receive the agreed deposit. Product specifications are those stated in the order confirmation and in the batch Certificate of Analysis.

3. Prices, payment and delivery

Prices are quoted in the currency and against the Incoterm stated on the quotation. Unless otherwise agreed, payment terms are T/T with 30% deposit and 70% balance against a copy of the Bill of Lading. Stated lead times run from receipt of the deposit. Delivery dates are estimates given in good faith; shipping schedules for hazardous cargo are subject to carrier space and to port and customs processes outside our control.

4. Packaging, transport and documents

Products are supplied in the packaging stated in the order confirmation, with the marking and labelling required for the classification of the goods. We provide a Certificate of Analysis for the batch shipped and an English-language Safety Data Sheet, and we issue or assist with the dangerous goods packaging certificate, commodity inspection certificate and Certificate of Origin as applicable. UN and HS codes published on this website are indicative and are confirmed in writing before shipment.

5. Buyer responsibilities

You are responsible for holding any import licence, registration or permit required in the destination country for the goods you order, for complying with local storage, handling and labelling requirements, and for satisfying yourself that the goods are suitable for your intended use. The grades we supply are industrial raw materials; they are not offered for consumer, pharmaceutical, food or cosmetic use unless the order confirmation and the specification expressly say so.

6. Export control and sanctions

Orders are accepted subject to applicable export control, sanctions and chemical convention requirements. You confirm that the goods will not be resold, transferred or used in breach of those requirements, and not for the development or production of chemical weapons or other prohibited end uses. We may decline or cancel an order, and decline to ship, where we cannot satisfy ourselves that a transaction is compliant.

7. Inspection and claims

The buyer is responsible for inspecting goods on arrival and for reporting any shortage or non-conformity in writing promptly, together with photographs, container and seal numbers, and details of the batch code. Goods must be handled and stored in accordance with the Safety Data Sheet. We are not responsible for loss or damage caused by storage or handling conditions outside our control.

8. Liability

Our liability in relation to any shipment is limited to the value of the goods supplied, or to replacement or re-performance of the affected goods at our option. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit, production or contracts.

9. Force majeure

We are not in breach of these terms for delay or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including carrier or port disruption, customs or regulatory action, restrictions on the transport of dangerous goods, industrial action, or failure of our own suppliers.

10. Website content and intellectual property

The text, product data, photographs and layout of this website belong to us or are used with permission, and may not be copied or republished commercially without our written consent. Product data, application notes, regulatory commentary and news articles are provided for general guidance only: they do not replace your own testing, risk assessment and regulatory checks, and they do not constitute a specification or a warranty of fitness for a particular purpose.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent court at Dongguan, Guangdong, unless another forum is agreed in the order confirmation or in a signed contract.
