MOQ
What is your minimum order quantity?
Our MOQ is one 20GP container — approximately 80 drums of 210 L. For first-time buyers we can discuss smaller trial orders; ask us when you send your specification.
Can I order a sample first?
Yes. 150 ml and 20 L sample packs are available so you can test the material in your own formulation before committing to a bulk order.
Packaging
What packaging sizes do you offer?
150 ml samples, 20 L pails, 200 L and 210 L steel drums, IBC totes, ISO tank containers and small drums. Packaging is quoted with the product because the right choice depends on volume and on how your site handles hazardous goods.
What is the net weight per drum?
A standard 210 L steel drum holds around 170 kg for a product with a density near 0.86, and up to around 230 kg for denser solvents. We confirm the exact net weight per drum on your quotation.
Container Loading
How many drums fit in a 20GP or 40GP?
Up to 80 drums of 210 L in a 20GP, and around 130 drums in a 40GP. Actual counts depend on drum size and on the hazardous goods segregation rules for the products in the load.
Can you consolidate different products?
Yes. Up to five product types can be mixed in one LCL shipment, which lets you test several grades without paying for a full container on each.
Shipping & Transport
What is the lead time?
15–20 working days after the deposit is received. For products we hold in stock the booking can often be brought forward — ask us to check availability against your required date before you place the order.
How are dangerous goods shipped?
We work with freight forwarders qualified for hazardous cargo and handle the ocean booking, port declaration, container packing certificate and documentation. UN and HS codes shown on this site are for reference only and are confirmed with you before shipment.
When should I place my order in peak season?
We recommend placing orders 15–30 days ahead during peak season, because vessel space for hazardous cargo is limited and booking windows close earlier than for general cargo.
Export Documents
Which documents do you provide?
A Certificate of Analysis (COA) for the batch actually shipped and an English-language MSDS for every product. We also issue the dangerous goods packaging certificate and the commodity inspection certificate where required, and assist with the Certificate of Origin and other customs paperwork.
Are UN and HS codes confirmed?
The UN and HS codes shown on our website are for reference only. We confirm them with you in writing before shipment, because the correct classification depends on concentration and on your destination country’s rules.
Payment
What payment terms do you accept?
T/T: 30% deposit with the order and 70% balance against a copy of the Bill of Lading.
Do you offer credit terms?
Credit terms can be discussed for established contract customers with a regular ordering schedule. Talk to us once you have placed a few shipments.
