Industrial Manufacturing & Auto Coating

Balanced evaporation rates for automotive and protective coating systems

Industry Overview

Automotive OEM coatings, refinish paints and industrial protective coatings place high demands on evaporation curves and solvency. Our solvent range covers automotive topcoats, clearcoats, anti-rust coatings and metal cleaning formulations. Formulators can fine-tune drying profiles by blending grades of different volatility, while consistent batch quality keeps colour and film performance stable in high-end coating production. Steel structure and machinery coating lines are served from the same range.

Typical Applications

  • Dilute automotive primer, topcoat and clearcoat systems
  • Formulate refinish paints and body repair coatings
  • Blend anti-corrosion coatings for steel and machinery
  • Degrease and clean metal workpieces before coating

Supply & Delivery Options

  • 150 ml samples for coating formulation trials
  • 20 L pails for laboratory and pilot batches
  • 200 L (210 L) steel drums as the standard export pack
  • IBC totes for high-volume coating lines
  • LCL consolidation and full-container export
  • Complete hazardous chemicals export documentation

Quality Assurance

Evaporation rates are stable and batch colour variation is minimal, meeting the standards of high-end coating production.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can you help match a solvent blend to our drying profile?

Yes. Share your formulation targets and we will propose a blend from our range, with 150 ml samples and 20 L pails for trials before you commit to drums. Lead time for production orders is 15-20 working days after deposit.

What is the minimum order quantity?

One 20GP container, which holds about 80 drums of 210 L. A 40GP container loads roughly 130 drums, and both are shipped with a full set of export documents.

Do you support full-container and mixed-container shipments?

We ship both LCL and FCL. Mixed loading allows up to five product grades per container, so you can combine xylene, butyl acetate, PMA, cyclohexanone and isophorone in one sailing.

What documentation and payment terms apply?

COA, MSDS, commodity inspection certificate and hazardous goods packaging certificate are provided, with a certificate of origin on request; UN and HS codes are for reference only and confirmed before shipment. Payment is T/T with 30% deposit and 70% against a copy of the bill of lading.
