Incoming Raw Material Inspection

Raw materials are inspected when they arrive, before they enter the production flow. Testing at this stage allows material that does not meet the required parameters to be identified and set aside, so that a problem is not carried forward into filling and packing.

Inspection During Filling

Inspection continues during filling. Operators check the process while drums are being filled, and those checks are recorded, so that each filled batch can be related to the conditions under which it was packed.

Sampling Before Dispatch

Before dispatch, finished batches are sampled and tested. Results are reviewed against the agreed specification, and batch records are retained so that the history of a delivery can be traced if a customer raises a question about it later.

Key Indicators Verified

  • Purity and assay, compared against the agreed specification
  • Water content, where it is relevant to the grade concerned
  • Colour and appearance
  • Other parameters listed in the specification for that product

Batch Traceability

Batch traceability management has been strengthened so that raw material lots, filling records and test results can be related to one another. This allows the company to answer customer questions about a specific delivery by referring to the actual production and inspection records, rather than relying on general statements about quality practice.

Consistent Specifications for Overseas Customers

The same quality requirements are applied to domestic and export orders. For overseas buyers, documents such as the COA and MSDS are prepared to accompany the shipment, and specification details are confirmed before production, so that the tested result and the agreed requirement refer to the same product. The objective is to supply industrial solvents with stable specifications and dependable compliance for customers in different markets.
