Electronics & Lithium Battery

High-purity solvents for precision cleaning and battery slurry processing

Industry Overview

Electronics and lithium battery manufacturing demand very high solvent purity. Our high-purity grades serve as slurry diluents, PCB cleaning agents and auxiliary cell processing aids. Moisture, heavy metal and residue levels are tightly controlled, so the solvents suit cleanroom production of electrodes, protective films and adhesives. Stable quality helps battery and electronics makers hold yield and reduce contamination risk in sensitive processes.

Typical Applications

  • Prepare lithium battery electrode slurry formulations
  • Clean and degrease PCBs and electronic components
  • Dilute protective film and adhesive raw materials
  • Maintain cleanroom equipment and processing lines

Supply & Delivery Options

  • 150 ml sample packs for qualification testing
  • 20 L pails for pilot cell and PCB trials
  • 200 L (210 L) steel drums for volume production
  • IBC totes for continuous battery lines
  • LCL consolidation and full-container export
  • Hazardous chemicals export documents issued in full

Quality Assurance

Factory testing on every lot, with a quality certificate attached to each shipment for full traceability.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can you support long-term supply programmes for battery producers?

Yes. We build repeat supply programmes for new energy manufacturers, based on one 20GP container (about 80 drums of 210 L) or a 40GP (about 130 drums) per order, with 15-20 working days lead time after deposit.

How is purity controlled for use in electrode slurry and PCB cleaning?

Residue, moisture and impurity levels are controlled within agreed specifications, and every batch is tested before dispatch and shipped with a COA and MSDS. Third-party SGS reports can be provided if your QA team needs them.

Can we consolidate several grades in one shipment?

Yes. LCL consolidation allows up to five product grades per container, which is useful when a line needs anhydrous ethanol, IPA, PM, ethyl acetate or DMC in smaller quantities at the same time.

What are the payment and documentation terms?

Payment is by T/T: 30% deposit and the 70% balance against a copy of the bill of lading. Documents include COA, MSDS, commodity inspection certificate and hazardous goods packaging certificate, with a certificate of origin available on request.
