Coatings, Inks & Printing
High-purity industrial solvents matched to coatings and ink formulations
Industry Overview
Coatings and ink production places strict demands on solvent solvency, evaporation rate and purity. Zhengxin Chemical supplies a high-purity solvent range for topcoats, primers, pigment concentrates, screen, gravure and offset ink systems, as well as general-purpose thinners. Controlled volatility and low impurity levels help downstream plants achieve level films, consistent colour and fewer defects across high-speed coating and printing lines.
Typical Applications
- Dilute and blend industrial, wood and anti-corrosion coatings

Frequently Asked Questions
What is the minimum order quantity for these coating solvents?
Our MOQ is one 20GP container, which loads about 80 drums of 210 L. A 40GP container takes roughly 130 drums. If you are still qualifying a grade, start with a 150 ml sample or a 20 L pail.
How long does delivery take and what are your payment terms?
Production and delivery take 15-20 working days after we receive your deposit. Payment is by T/T: 30% deposit to start the order, with the 70% balance settled against a copy of the bill of lading.
Which export documents come with a hazardous solvent shipment?
COA, MSDS, commodity inspection certificate and hazardous goods packaging certificate are issued with each shipment, and we can assist you with a certificate of origin. UN and HS codes are provided for reference only and are confirmed with you before shipment.
Can several solvent grades be combined in one container?
Yes. LCL consolidation allows up to five product grades per container, which suits formulators who need a mixed solvent parcel rather than a full drum load of one grade.
